• In addition to self-love, MIKOS explains why spending more time in nature can be so helpful to us during these months. He continues speaking about how getting lost in technology and busyness is holding us back. Opt instead for actions of self-love such as affirmations, nature walks, soaking baths, etc. Taking responsibility for our own lives is essential during this shift.
• MIKOS shares how to respond to the controlling and dark energies that we feel on the planet at this time through media, politics, our food, our water, etc. We can only feel truth in our bodies and we must reconnect back to our bodies to feel this. Ask for the body to be cleansed regularly, for there are many who want to help us but cannot unless we invite this. We must release the negative energies we carry. More being and less doing!
• Dianne speaks of how these ascended beings enter our planet through Mt. Shasta and the North and South poles. She shares about the Agartha Network of over 100 points on Earth into the subterranean cities. She explains the Library of Porthologos and its purpose for solving problems throughout the Universe by discovering how other races have handled these situations.
