• The fear starseeds have, both of going within to remember unpleasant past experiences and going out into the world to be seen by others, and how to navigate that.
• What if we are tired and just want to return home? Eva admits this is what originally motivated her to help starseeds to remember why we are here and why we should complete what we came to do, specifically that we decided long ago to remain here assisting with evolution and how important it is to finish what we have started here. Also going back home right now means missing out on humans becoming multidimensional beings in skin which is such a beautiful project!
• Past occurrences in Lemuria, Atlantis, and Egypt strongly resonate for us right now, and Eva discusses why it is important to bring back memories of the Lemurian heart-centered energy by reading and writing about those times, and remember the lessons we learned back then. The West Coast of the United States is Lemurian (feminine/heart) energy, and the East Coast is Atlantean (masculine/mind) energy and we need to harmonize both rather than making one right and the other wrong as past patterns repeat again.
• How do we balance heart and mind to expand from 3D into 4D and 5D energies? What if we want to stop the reincarnation cycle? Eva addresses both these questions explaining that transcending our 3D survival cycle calls humanity into compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, love and bravery as we embody the full spectrum of emotions this evokes. As we explore our choices, we exercise free will in how we feel about what is happening. Within that, happiness is always our choice, not a destination. As we move through our tests, we learn to realize and reflect upon these patterns for our own evolution.
• Eva explains that our star ancestry needs us here as their “ground group” to anchor in the energies that create the physical reality. Being aware of our physical senses in the body activates our sixth sense which opens us to time travel. Sheryl mentions how fluid this is as she experiences moving back and forth between 3D, 4D and 5D and Eva references the movie The Philadelphia Experiment to explain that our bodies need this time of transition to prepare for holding the higher frequencies, and a faster “jump” would overload our systems. Eva invents a new word in this conversation: Lemutian. Sheryl mentions helping our bodies ascent through changing what we eat and drink, and how it takes time to retrain our habits.
• They discuss the history six star nations evolving here on Earth. The first three were the most common and remember the soul energy and healing: Pleaides, Sirius, and Andromeda. Eva mentions that Sirius had a strong head/heart balance. The next three races were more mind-centric: Centaurus, Epsilon Eridani, and Lyra (also known as the Illuminati). They Lyrans introduced technology, Epsilon were the negotiators, and Centaurians were the hybrids.
