She earned a Master of Public Administration specializing in Change Management in 2011 from Sam Houston State University where she had previously completed her BA in Communication Summa Cum Laude in 2002. She is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County (2009), Brendon Burchard’s Experts Academy (2012), Roberto Candelaria’s Sponsorship Boot Camp (2013), Landmark Education’s Forum (2000), and belongs to Women of Wealth. Her diverse background includes media, public relations, marketing, and small business management of both corporate and nonprofit organizations. Prior event experience includes offering Chocolate Blues and Business Networking Festivals in North Harris and Montgomery Counties to provide business owners and decision-makers a fun, productive environment in which to grow their businesses. Sheryl is also a Certified Family Mediator. Volunteer involvement includes Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, Elves & More, Texas AgriLife Extension Service of Montgomery County, Education for Tomorrow Alliance, the Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, and the Sam Houston Trails Coalition. She enjoys empowering others and writing /delivering interactive presentations on spiritual growth and personal development.
